This is a weld on, threaded 10mm thick turbo spacer flange - for the purpose of fitting a bigger turbo to the factory manifold.
What makes this better than the rest? It's an exact match to the internal port on the manifold. Other spacers on the market are slightly undersized which restricts exhaust flow and limits power.
Material: Mild steel
These are tapped with a 10x1.5mm thread.
INSTALLATION NOTES:
Method 1: using OEM length studs (PN 14416-AA500) screwed directly into the spacer. Drill out the threads in the manifold for clearance. This method will require welding the spacer to the manifold.
Method 2: When using extended studs screwed directly into the manifold: Drill out threaded holes in the spacer so the studs can pass through. Welding is optional when using this install method but if welding is not used you will require a gasket on each side of the spacer.
